It is an exact replacement motor for the defective, 30 year old, one that was in our downstairs bathroom Fasco ceiling vent. I hooked it up today and it works perfectly.

Make sure you keep maximum length of original wire after you cut connector and make new connection. For my old Fasco type 63 vent, the entire motor and lights are held up by 2 screws, easy to pull out.
