    So I saw this and the price was perfect, and the postal time was pretty quick! However when it was delivered, it didn’t work when I powered up a game. I tried numerous things however no luck. Having said that, the seller was very helpful and assisted me with a return and full refund. Massive thanks to them as they were extremely helpful and supportive and if there’s anything I see from them again, I’ll be sure to to buy or at least check it out. I recommend them to anyone!     Figure was posted on time, in good packaging. However item was damaged with bite marks and listed incorrectly. A refund was not possible so I decided to keep the item, would have been preferable to get a partial refund but was told EBay didn’t allow them to issue partial refunds which was strange. The person who I contacted was very apologetic and helpful though. All in all everything was good except for item quality and lack of an ability to give partial refunds.

    Hi Continuing from our messages again i am sorry you are not 100% happy with the item, I don't deal much with Lego so providing it had no missing print or parts i deemed it good condition, although you cant see the marks on the first photo they are visible in the 2nd on the rear. I' happy to purchase a new head if you can supply the link for the replacment if that turn this neutral into a positive, alternatively I'm happy to take a free post return for a full refund.
