    Figure was posted on time, in good packaging. However item was damaged with bite marks and listed incorrectly. A refund was not possible so I decided to keep the item, would have been preferable to get a partial refund but was told EBay didn’t allow them to issue partial refunds which was strange. The person who I contacted was very apologetic and helpful though. All in all everything was good except for item quality and lack of an ability to give partial refunds.

    Hi Continuing from our messages again i am sorry you are not 100% happy with the item, I don't deal much with Lego so providing it had no missing print or parts i deemed it good condition, although you cant see the marks on the first photo they are visible in the 2nd on the rear. I' happy to purchase a new head if you can supply the link for the replacment if that turn this neutral into a positive, alternatively I'm happy to take a free post return for a full refund.     Good solid machine

    This is my second BM450, my first lasted six years and I used it nearly every day with few problems, it is a highly durable machine which I can recommend. My only negative comment is it is a tall machine which if you keep it on a work surface makes the panel difficult to see.

    Good machine with a significant design flaw. Good for experienced users.

    It is well built, looks good, and bakes a good loaf if you are experienced in adjusting your recipe to match the machine. Precision in measurement of ingredients is vital. I ignore the insistence of first putting dried quick yeast in the bottom of the pan, and use activated yeast in water and olive oil on top, which works very well. But the design flaw is that the paddle gets stuck in the loaf very badly each time due to lack of non-stick coating and tears a large hole in the base. The cure to this is take the dough out after the last paddle motion, remove the paddle from the dough, and put it back to prove and bake.

    Best bread ever!!

    This is our 4th bread machine- our second Kenwood; the last one got worn out! It makes superb, consistently perfect bread. The whole family loves it, we wouldn’t be without it. Easy to clean and straightforward to use.
