I contacted the seller about the issue and the seller replied: "Hi", "the SSD 2.5inch brackets will be built into the case.", "you may get a tray to actual mount 1 drive - they other will be built into the actual case - you will normall see a few screw holes that you bolt the SSD onto". Reminding the seller the SSD bracket was missing, the seller then said to take it up with the manufacturer. Thanks.
