A refund was not possible so I decided to keep the item, would have been preferable to get a partial refund but was told EBay didn’t allow them to issue partial refunds which was strange. The person who I contacted was very apologetic and helpful though. I' happy to purchase a new head if you can supply the link for the replacment if that turn this neutral into a positive, alternatively I'm happy to take a free post return for a full refund.
