I specifically asked the seller ahead of time that they PLEASE pack the gauge carefully to prevent damage during shipping. I said I would really appreciate it. Seller did not respond and ignored my request. Of course this heavy item rattled around in the steel box and the plastic lens on the gauge was shattered.
