    I bought this "Refurbished" Panasonic and so far it works fine and no complaints. I mainly use it instead of a normal PVR for two reasons: 1) You can set the recording timer manually to start and finish when you want, an ordinary PVR does not allow this. 2) You can edit your recordings so you can keep the bits you want and delete the bits you don't want, again, an ordinary PVR does not allow this. This machine wont be for everyone as streaming gets more popular but I like it.

    Great product bought to replace a similar older model which is nearing the end of its life. 1TB hard drive holds a lot of recordings and the dual recorder enabling two channels to be recorded at the same time is great. You could even watch a 3rd programme "live" if wanted on those occasions when TV schedules clash. Only minus point for me is the fact that it does not support ITVX.

    Does the job, just a shame its not better than previous model.

    Replacement for the previous model and not all good changes. Slower to get to some of the functions. Slower to navigate the Guide. Freeview Play welcome addition but otherwise probably the only choice on the market.
