I am not a frequent Ebay user, and did not realise that the printer was in a used condition. 1) Ink was splashed in a number of places, inside and out. 2) The black print head was faulty. Looking at a test printout, the upper level of the black print was missing. I am awaiting a replacement new print head, probably arriving tomorrow.

Seller responded fairly promptly - sorry we sent you a used printer be accident with an offer to reduce price - obviously not acceptable as the printer was broken. Further communication was slow.
