When I opened the package to pot the tuber, as I held it liquid came out of the tuber which broke in half and was clearly rotten. I contacted the supplier with a photograph and they said that it did not look rotten to them. Further contact elicited no response. We say on the listings they are Dormant, we highlight they are Dormant on the enclosed packing slip. I shall be glad to retire from all this shortly
