I contacted the buyer and got a generic response saying they'd be in touch. They didn't. A week later I received a notification it had been shipped with a tracking number and expected delivery date. It never arrived and the tracking number was stuck on "package received". So a week later I asked for a refund, still no comms from the seller and eventually ebay automated the refund. Utterly hopeless.
