Bought this 16 February but it got stuck at Yodel depot for a week & only delivered 28 February to wrong address (neighbour). Messaged this seller a few times regarding the importance of delivery ASAP & was promised that it would arrive a week earlier. I messaged again due to the delay a few times and received no response. They finally replied after delivery & said staff were on holiday during the week. Was told others chased courier but not informed.Reply from: baazara- Feedback replied to by seller baazara.- Feedback replied to by seller baazara.The reason why it may have been delivered to your neighbour is because you was not present at home. We did not make any promises that it will be delivered earlier, we endeavoured to chase even though it was not late anyway. We did respond to your messages and lastly if it was of urgency, you should have selected expedited shipping.

There was a mix up at the factory with the item. However, it would have been fairer to us had you first contacted us before leaving us a negative review, so that we can have atleast made attempts to resolve it. But it is not appropriate to maliciously leave defamatory comments and criticism without have the seller resolve the matter.
