Kim Although I've visited Savannah, Georgia in the past, I didn't know even a fraction of the things Teresa's book talks about. She includes historical facts about the places she names in the book. This is a great book to take along on a trip to visit Savannah or just to learn more about the city - whether you are planning to visit in the future or just want to know more about this historical place and its treasures. Teresa The first chapter or so focuses a good bit on architecture, which isn't my thing, but later on I was fascinated by the interesting history the author dug up. Things like movie tie-ins, forts, kids' world getaways: all a great mix of education and fun that made me want to go to Georgia myself. Maybe I will someday.
