I wrote to him many times and waited patiently till now he never reply. I have tried to contact ebay to no avail.

The tracking number was sent in reasonable time and the dress also arrived very quickly. However, I must add the dress was sent in the wrong colour (white instead of ivory). The dress is still extremely beautiful regardless.
