Seller responded fairly promptly - sorry we sent you a used printer be accident with an offer to reduce price - obviously not acceptable as the printer was broken. Further communication was slow. If I’m being charitable - this was a genuine mistake. However? I have requested a refund and will return it.

    Not sleek or good looking but does the job

    Big, especially as tech is getting smaller. Prints well - yet to maximise all of its offerings but i like being able to control via an app and for all home users to be able to link up separately.
