Their tracking was non existent except to tell you they had it and kept it at their hub for 4 days and every day said to check back later or tomorrow.

I was pleasantly surprised the order was better than I expected TBH. It was delivered well packed and promptly. The price was reasonable. I'm a pensioner with time to look and not much money to spend. The delivery service was generally hassle-free. However, the tube's packaging was damaged in transit by the courier, resulting in some minor deformation of the tube ends. Thankfully, I was able to reform them. Despite this, the seller offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, which I found to be excellent customer service
