They still have the listing showing 9 sets available but now they include 2 less clips per pack. The listing states shipping $5.85. They charged me $9.10. Less pieces cost more!? Box weighed 4oz. Sent email requesting explanation on why less packs, yet still have the clips listed. No response. One pack was short a clip!
