    Some minor damage scratches to the design around the the seat itself the actual metal fittings attached to the toliet seat also had minor damage the instructions were bad I had to use my own logic and knowledge sorry I'm just giving honest feedback the actual toliet seat and the design are good looks fantastic just some minor damage as mentioned above all in all not bad at all not that bad to send it back just minor keep up the good work and maybe reading this you can improve things
