    B stock, but look brand new.

    These were B stock, but other than missing the normally supplied rubber feet (which I had substitutes for anyway) or any product documentation, they look brand new. They sound harsh at first, but I read that was normal before about 100 hours of break in. They sound fine now. Music and action movies really grab your attention, and I like the sound this combination brings to my room. My home theatre system uses these for front left and right speakers with R-52C center, and R-51 for the rears. I also use a Klipsch R-12SW sub woofer. All in all, a modest speaker system powered by a Onkyo Home Theatre receiver rated at 100W RMS per channel. All in all, I am happy with these and how they blend in my system.     More than worth your while!

    I am a vintage 1977 heresy owner. I was skeptical of the RP until I kept seeing stellar reviews. I use them as the rears in a 7.1 system. The Heresys are the fronts. Overall all, they are great match. I was not expecting the mids to be as smooth which is really important to me and what those vintage Klipsch shine at. Not disappointed. I expected the high to be out front and they were. Probably a little on the brash side but with some placement adjustment that tamed then. Then there’s the bass. Didn’t see that coming. The rear ported RPs have a solid, well defined bass that more than keeps up with the 12 inch woofers at the front. I stood behind them and those ports push a lot of thump out the back for those little speakers without sounding like an overpriced boom box (KEF anyone?) Oh, and ...

    Big Sound

    Though these are beautiful and well made speakers, I sometimes wish I didn’t have to look at them because from the sound alone I can imagine they are much bigger speakers than they actually are. I wanted to wait until they were broken in a little before reviewing them. I noticed that process happening this week. I have it paired with a Bel Canto class D 60-watt amp and the first words that come to mind are lush and lively. I’m completely in love (or at least infatuated) right now. I want to sit and listen to every kind of music for hours. These speakers are great for Jazz and dynamic pieces of music.     Crisp clear sound

    The speakers where a good and being-bi- amped, one day I hope to take advantage of, its sound quality is a lot better than my old speakers and I’m sure as I break them in the quality will get even a lot nicer. Ebony is a good color but as far as design goes get the piano black

    Klipsch RP-600M, soo good I had to buy another pair.

    These speakers are one of the best book shelf speakers I have used. They are good with the lows and the highs. Clear and tight sounding speakers. As with any bookshelf speaker you might want need to complement these great sounding speakers with a sub to complete the package. Every system needs a sub though.
