No time slot given, fortunately my sister was at home. Amazingly good delivery driver went the full mile. Placed the very heavy goods as required.

The first one arrived in an opened and re-packed box, and was damaged. The seller replaced the item promptly, but this one was also damaged and in a re-packed box. The third one to arrive, was in new, un-opened packaging, but sadly was also damaged. Seller agreed to provide an alternative item at a small discount, but I suffered a lot of wasted time and effort.
