    Should be available on the NHS!

    I don’t know how it works but this book does! Smoked for 20yrs and quit with no willpower, you can smoke the whole time you are reading the book so there is no barrier to finishing it. If at the end you want to continue smoking, then fine. But you won’t & it’s effortless. Allen Carr breaks down all the brainwashing around smoking in a really easy to understand way. This book is suitable for all smokers. PLEASE READ if you smoke, it could save your life which is great for you and the people who love you.

    Interesting but repetitive

    I found the book quite repetitive . In a nutshell it just aims to change your mindset from pessimistic to optimistic. It worked for me to a degree, I am now tobacco free but have done what Alan Carr states specifically not to do, and use a vape stick. I have kept the book and will read it again in the future and hopefully be vape free too.

    Easy way to quit.

    A unique method to help you stop smoking. Author recommends not to quit before finishing the book. Only regret I didn't buy this book years ago. Written by a 100 a day chain smoker (ex smoker). Do yourself a favour and get this book if you want to quit, it won't hurt you. Check it out. Happy ex smoker.

    Read this book in an afternoon & night, I have no intention of ever smoking again, in fact I feel now as I have never been a smoker, I am amazed at how it worked, not sure how it did but it did, it has also worked for three of my friends too. I would highly recommend this book if you really want be totally nicotine free.....amazing.

    The EASIEST way to quit! Ever!

    I would urge anyone who has struggled to quit smoking to read this book. You have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain. I can honestly say it is the only method which has worked for me and that is all down to the way Allen Carr makes you understand the ‘smoking trap’. It’s so obvious and logical when you realise and there are genuinely no withdrawals at all. I’ve never been happier and have gone from a 40 a day smoker for 20 years to a non smoker overnight. Please, for the price of a book there is absolutely nothing to lose! Just try it!
