    I didn't receive the advertised item. The seller isn't acknowledging this error and just wants me to accept a £5 ( raised to £10) discount on the incorrect shower seat that was sent. This incorrect seat isn't what I ordered, nor can use. The seller has ceased replying to my messages. So, I have paid for a shower seat I haven't received and cannot use. Needless to say I am mose annoyed and not satisfied. You can see the Mira shower seat as advertised. The attached photo is what arrived.
