    I bought 2 banners with each having $9 shipping seller states he does combined shipping for $3 when I messaged the seller several times about combining shipping the messages were ignored. Seller combined the packages for their convenience but still never reduced or refunded the shipping price! $9 shipping per item is insane for the size of the package since it was little over the size of a envelope weighing only a single pound. I ended up paying more for shipping on a single item than both cost.

    Noting wrong with tapestries, but $9.00 each shipping is a ridiculous amount. Especially when they weigh 2 oz each. I had won 5 auctions over a weeks time. Was charged $9 shipping on each one. No answer when I asked numerous times if they could combine them.. I received 2 padded envelopes. One weighed 5 Oz's with 3 of the tapestry inside, and the other was 3 ozs. I paid 45$ to ship 8oz of goods that could of been combined. NO COMMUNICATION! AT ALL SO BE PREPARED. HIGH PRICE SHIPPING.
