    I have received the parcel and am unhappy with the product. In the description it stated that the item is new however, on opening the yodel box you can see the item has been opened before, with extensive damage to the original box and a lack of packaging inside. The device has small marks here and there and what appears to dust within. I would like to send this item back but the seller will not acknowledge my messages are my return request. Very poor service
