        These were recommended to me by a world leading Gastroenterologist. I have to agree with him! I have a rogue bowel and if I don't take them I pay the full price! What I love about them is the fact you can take them anywhere, they don't need to be in the fridge, you don't need to take them with food etc. I would always take these at least when you are going on holiday and there might be a chance of a dehli belly or when taking antibiotics. They may seem a little pricier but its worth the money. And they also have a great customer care.

        A good probiotic at a reasonable price.

        I find this probiotic has a good variety of strains at a reasonable price. After a bit of.research and trying several types this one seemed to work well for me.

        In this particular case Bio-kult multi strain probiotic made a significant difference

        Everyone's metabolism and gut flora are unique but one thing seems to be generally true for probiotic supplements like this: More variety is better. As a person with ME (myalgic encephalitis) I have spent some time researching and trying out various supplements to alleviate some of the many symptoms, including the digestive disorders. Using Bio-kult multi-strain, along with other supplements and a gluten-free diet, led to a real improvement in gut health. It took a while, but the improvement was real and substantial. Just to see what had made the difference I tried another multi-strain pro-biotic for a while and the result was a return of the digestive problems to some extent.         Brilliant product

        I have suffered with diverticular pain for a couple of years. I've tried the drinks, etc., but couldn't get rid of the recurring pain. After reading a review about Bio-Kult I thought I would give it a go. The review did say it would take 2-3 months before noticing any change in symptoms so I kept taking them and couldn't believe they actually work. This was last November '18 and come February I noticed I was feeling a lot better so continued with them and now its August '19 and I haven't had any diverticular pain since. Absolutely brilliant and I hope other sufferers like me will give them a go.
