        Powerful and versatile machine

        I am absolutely delighted with this fab vacuum. I have had the V10 for several years but this V11 Absolute Extra is way ahead in lots of ways. It is more powerful than my previous model but has a longer battery life and comes with lots of additional tools and even a spare filter. It is heavier than the V10 but attachments can be fitted and removed easier and I find it simple to empty. I particularly like the display that enables me to see the remaining battery power and the power level currently selected. It's a very stylish machine that is easy to use and recharge.

        Not sure yet!

        It looked immaculate on being taken out of the box, worked well for approx 10 mins but then the trigger that controls the motor started to play up with an intermittent response. I have used the online tool to report the issue - very quick and easy - and we will be sent a replacement motor assembly. Hopefully this will solve the issue and we can use it - it’s our 4th Dyson and all of the others have given excellent service (2 are still in use).

        Great buy!

        Love the V11. So powerful and the auto mode changes between different floor types perfectly. Battery can last up to 45mins, more than enough to do a three bedroom house. Refurbished machine is just like new. Comes in Dyson box with all the attachments. Everything in perfect condition. The Motorhead is a little heavier than my previous machine which is the only downside. But you get used to it. Overall an excellent buy, great product at great price compared to brand new and would highly recommend.

        Dyson V11 Absolute. Very powerful - I was blown away!

        I already own the Dyson V6 fluffy but I wanted a second Dyson as I have a large house. I want the old one for upstairs and the new Dyson V11 absolute for downstairs. I was blown away (no pun intended) as to how much more powerful this model is compared to the V6 and that was already good enough. It’s an absolutely fantastic vacuum cleaner with loads of attachments and the battery has a much longer charge than the V6, probably double the run time. I’ve tried other cordless vacs and Dyson are definitely the most efficient and effective by far.

        Dyson v11 absolute

        this is my first Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner and I could not be more pleased with it , the results are amazing even after using my corded Miele I used the Dyson straight afterwards I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt that came up from my carpets wow , the suction power is excellent I must admit at first I was sceptical as to how well it would pick up but my fears were soon allayed, the torque drive motor head is amazing it just goes into auto mode and adjusts the suction accordingly although you can manually adjust the setting to eco to prolong the battery whilst in use , I have carpets and hard floors throughout my house also 2 dogs , I was so impressed with the v11 I let a family member try it out and he purchased the same model that same day , the container that holds the dirt does ...
