    Didn’t receive software CD like pictured. Could not find SW online that didn’t make my antivirus SW scream. Contacted seller and they provided a secure link to download the CD the next day! Nice! As for programmer itself it works great. The SW is basic….wish it saved all settings. Have to drill down menus to change from default settings every time you save a file. But I’m used to a Data I/O programmer and Tasklink SW that costs thousands $$$$. For the price a customer service I’m very happy.
