They kindly sent me a replacement, having assured me that it was tested before packing. However, the replacement was also faulty. They have refused to refund me, and have implied that I am lying. They will only refund me if I return the faulty items, even though as a seller, it is their responsibility to ensure that items that they offer are in working order, and as a courtesy, they should offer their customers refunds.Reply from: thatsvery_77- Feedback replied to by seller thatsvery_77.- Feedback replied to by seller thatsvery_77.Didn't imply anything! merely asked for the second one to be returned as there appeared to be a fault as it was tested and working fine when I sent it.
