BUT, to be fair, I am a doddery old trout who is hopeless with computers. So perhaps they didn't receive it. I was a bit worried when I saw it through my letter box as it was so thin but I quickly realised that the yarn was vacuum packed. When I opened the packaging the yarn sprang back into shape and texture so I needn't have worried. I went for this seller as the yarn was being sold cheaper than others and I will definitely use them again as the yarn is in great condition despite a unorthodox packaging method and is just as soft as it appears in the images.
