    • This is a ten year part, Chrysler designed it to last ten years.

      I’m certain even in the sixties when this was common in factory A/C cars from various manufacturers, that this could have been made using electronic components instead of nichrome coils that over heat and eventually fail due to high resistance. I’m just lucky I can still get replacements after all these years.
