The item itself is good, the suction is better than expected but the stick vaccum itself seems smaller compared to others I have used and I can feel this in my back as having g to bed over more. It's in good condition for a refurb and great value for what was needed. Just wish the cylinder was bigger and it was more sturdier when stood upright as it falls over a lot as is top heavy.
