On return the package laid in customs for almost 3 weeks. Customs needed info from the seller. This seller put $100 dollar value on the camera. When in fact i paid 0ver $1350 for it and put this amount on customs invoice. No help from seller after many attempts on my behalf to feed info to customs tel Aviv. This seller has no idea what customer service is all about.
