The pillow is adjustable as described, but when removing pillows it leaves the supplied case baggy causing the pillows to scrunch up when used, the zip on the case is awful and can be felt through an external pillow case.

No matter how much you shake them, each of the inner pillows stay full of uncomfortable lumps. Itβs in no way luxury or hotel quality as described by Seller. Unfortunately you can only find this out upon opening item, so now canβt return it.
