    Ok for price paid. No good for lining the waterline area as the pencil is far too hard for this with hardly any colour transfer - definitely not as soft as I was hoping for. Ok for underneath lashes but drags the delicate skin. Colour good, it is navy which I wanted, as some turn out to be more electric blue. Seller is good, item posted quickly and was well packaged.
