After two weeks of waiting for the product I contacted the seller asking for an update, he told me that there was an issue with Royal mail with my package, which I find hard to believe as there have been a few customers who have said the same thing. I don't think it was a coincidence that royal mail could mess up that many times. For that reason I didn't give 5/5.

- r***u (4411)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseWell what can I say, controller arrived not working, tried resetting, tried cables instead of battery’s, tried a software update, still nothing, so returned it, also returned the Xbox and other that I ordered separately without even opening the box, I was accused of damaging the Xbox that I hadn’t even opened, as soon as I reported this seller to eBay for trying to scam myself, eBay and the Royal Mail I instantly received a refund. The returned items are tested and they are absolutely fine except that we have received a broken console back. Full refund processed the day item was received due to excessive messaging.
