    Kicking Product

    Viridian are good quality (no cheap fillers) - I buy this brand when I decide to use a supplement. I chose Magnesium because my BP has increased. I have noticed that I am sleeping more deeply and my legs don't kick as much as night.

    Try it if you get cramp!! It really works!

    This product really works! I've suffered cramp in my legs at night for ages. It had got worse in the last few months with it happening several times each night. I started taking 1 tablet of your magnesium product about 6 weeks ago and haven't had cramp since!! Quite amazing!! Thanks so much. May sleep is now very much improved.

    Wonderful Magnesium, ease stress, muscles and heart.

    I always use Viridian High Potency Magnesium because I can count on it's effectiveness. Buying a large 120 capsule jar is better for me as I take them daily, so three months worth in one go is much more convenient and saves money. The product provides three types of magnesium in each 300mg capsule and is great for helping stress levels and sleep,also relaxing muscles and helping me in particular with heart arrythmias.
