It was brand new, in a cellophane plastic before being packaged too for an extra layer from shipping materials and potential tape. Looks exactly like a life-size Jake as it's as big as a dod that size should be. My actually dog is very confused so that's also a great bonus. I couldn't find Jake plush that was great quality, until I found your store, this ones perfect. Thank you!
