      It works for me no harm in trying.

      I have been having a lot of trouble with arthritis in my wrists I am a decorator no work no pay, so I have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin high strength which made my pain better by 75% I then took this shark cartilage baring in mind its cold now, my pain has gone altogether after a couple of weeks now, so well pleased.
