I think my model was perhaps ex display as it didn't look like it had ever ground or brewed coffee. The few accessories that were missing like the brush, dosing funnel, cleaning disc and cleaning tool are all things that would probably go missing on a display model. They are all cheaply replaceable. I saved so much money on this, I would definitely purchase from 'idoodirect' again. Thank you 5*
