After opening the bag of the many mixed spices i was shocked with the giant lush smelling ground spices which just smacked me straight in the face amongst opening. You don't get tha from supermarket spices. Actually cooked my first recipe of chicken madras today using stevens spices on YouTube and fair play it's totally lush. Can't wait for the lads to come round tomorrow for curry and poker night A star ×10
