I informed the seller and was told it was my fault for not taking it out of the box correctly..I mean REALLY..!?! I told Evri the courier company and they weren't interested either. The helmet arrives in a thin bag and a box, no other packaging so if it’s dropped in transit it will most probably break. The side screw to hold the visor in place as snapped off and I can’t screw it back on. Despite their faulty policy they are not going to help me.
