When one box arrived which DPD had clearly damaged during delivery, the seller was extremely quick to reply to my message and to resolve the situation, even though it was DPD who had caused the issue.

They were as described and perfect for under bed storage and the real deal 'Really Useful Storage Boxes'. Unfortunately there was damage to one of the boxes but when I reported this it was dealt with immediately with the damaged item picked up and a replacement delivered.
