    Bad experience with this seller. Won the auction at a low price (there were no other bidders). The seller then cancels the sale having ticked the box "Out of stock or damaged". The seller did not contact me to explain themselves. My gut feeling is that the seller simply did not like the price achieved.

    Beware of this seller! I was interested in a phone for my elderly relative and inquired about a 'buy it now' price, but the seller insisted on letting the auction run its course. After winning the auction and making payment, I was unexpectedly refunded, with the seller claiming the phone was broken. This seems dishonest and untrustworthy. I would recommend avoiding this seller if you value a reliable transaction

    As I messaged you immediately when I discovered my son had split his drink over some of my items ready to be packed up I find this very unfair. If I had sent you a damaged phone you would have been more annoyed. As you can see by all my previous feedback I have never had an issue before.

    I also requested the seller to send me the Vodafone credit included in the auction if the handset was broken, as a way to prove his honesty. However, I received no reply. This indicates that the seller is dishonest and has lied shamelessly.
