    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Rude, sarcastic, totally unhelpful person. User name is completely correct! Undercharged for postage and then refused to pay the excess and fine imposed by Royal Mail. Offered a refund (total £3.25) Which doesn't cover the £3.50 extra I've paid out and I'd end up without the product. His reply? You should have opted for the higher postage option! WHAT?!! 😂

    Vaillant Analogue Time Switch - The old ways are sometimes the best

    Easy to install. It was to replace a remote room stat and receiver. Always had trouble pairing them. We removed the receiver, reinstalled a wired link to RT, and plugged the timer in. Excellent and no problems.

    Never actually worked!

    My own fault - I tried to save a bit of money on a new one but this never actually worked (couldn’t get to start ticking once fitted) so a complete waste so will have to get a new one anyway. ( My existing one is not that old, a couple of months only, and seems to work fine but always stops when it reaches the time to switch heating off but switches it on ok - odd!)

    Great product.

    My old analogue timer packed up and I needed a new one. This new one plugs straight in; it’s so easy to install. Great to know that you can still get them for old boilers.
