      Relief at last from hot flushes

      After suffering from hot flushes for about 3 years and trying lots of natural remedies with no luck, I wasn’t really expecting much when a friend recommended double strength promensil. She said she didn’t notice much in the first month but to continue it to a second month and then it kicks in. I did as she recommended and am now virtually flush free, even through the particular high temperatures we had recently. Would highly recommend but definitively continue past the first month!!

      I take one every morning at 7am it really did stop my hot flushes and anxiety about needing to go to the toilet all the time .it took about 3 day to get into my system I’ve been taking them for about 12 months now .
