    so far very pleased. with this lovely looking machine which has so many variables in the coffee department.

    looking for this colour for so long and took a punt on a refurbished Tassimo machine. the seller included all documentation and instructions and once we experimented, realized how easy and efficient it is. this is a no contest compared to our Nespresso, which was troublesome from the first day and cost twice as much as this lightweight, stylish Red Devil.

    Good but not sad good as dolce gusto.

    Getting half a cup of whatever flavour with a pod doesn’t really give full satisfaction with the tassimo happy,while it performs well and the half cup you do get is very nice but it becomes very expensive having to use two pods to get a full cup/mug etc,in this area dolce gusto beats it hands down,flavour wise it’s superb and makes coffee,hot chocolate etc just how I feel they should taste and in this area it’s better than dolce gusto,descaling is an absolute chore to do and it seems as though you need a university degree to fathom out the user manual on how to operate the tassimo happy,it’s more like a cartoon story board than a user manual,I’ll use my tassimo happy when i feel in a happy enough mood to use it,and save some money in the process,I’ll stick to my dolce gusto for everyday ...

    OK but no improvement n previous versions

    This is the third Tassimo I have purchased and while all provide good quality hot drinks each is a little worse than the last. In this case the water reservior is quite small necesstating frequent refills and the method for increasing the volume of a drink is, in practice, more difficult to use than on previous versions. That said the design is attractive and it works well overall. Customer service is also good.
