Seeds arrived in small plastic bag which is not ideal for any seeds to be stored in ever as it should be a foil packaging or small paper envelope. So condition is same as value and quality. Using plastic for seeds is bad as condensation can get in & affect seeds growth so here’s hoping they actually grow & no seller communication I can comment on
