The packaging was poor so some damage might have occurred in transit. This was essentially a scam. He must have known it was broken prior to posting. Why send out something that is totally broken with no power? I checked the fuse. Made sure the collection bucket was engaged. Nothing. I assume the motor was burned out. Also missing hardware that holds on the wheels. Overall a terrible experience.
