Also sent in completely inadequate packaging which was the original plastic bag the product comes in UNSEALED, it was lucky the product was not damaged. The postman even complained about the packaging whilst at the door.

Advertised a leisure battery he didn't have in stock, & wasn't likely to be getting any more stock as the importers told me there was a supply chain issue & it would be at least 60 days before the next shipment arrived. He then rejected my cancellation request & I had to ask ebay for my £286 to be refunded. If you read his reviews you will see that this isn't the first time he has pulled this stunt.
