Only issue when the delivery guys arrived they told me they are not insured to take it upstairs only do ground floor deliveries..this wasn’t mentioned anywhere …

Delivery guys polite and friendly, and after a few issues with getting the larger of 2 sofas into my house, including me having to remove neighbours rubbish that had been dumped in the back access to my house, the guys managed to deliver both sofas to my living room. I was really happy with quality for the price I paid. Sturdy, firm, comfortable.
