I'm not familiar with cameras, so I didn’t realise it was broken when it arrived. After my partner received it, we encountered several issues, some fixable, but others weren’t. The seller was unhelpful when I reached out for advice, even though the camera was described as being in "perfect working condition." A professional confirmed the flash and autofocus motor were broken. The return claim was denied despite evidence.
